1. What MyStartupGrants is

MyStartupGrants is an independent information platform that aggregates and organises publicly available information about startup grants, government schemes, private funding programs and related events. We are not a government body, a grant provider, a lender, or a financial or legal advisor, and we are not affiliated with any of the organisations whose programs are listed.

2. No advice and no guarantee

Content on the Service is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Grant terms, eligibility criteria, amounts and deadlines change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date on our Service. You are responsible for verifying all details on the relevant provider’s official website before relying on them or submitting any application. We do not guarantee that any grant is currently open, that you are eligible, or that an application will succeed.

3. Applications happen elsewhere

MyStartupGrants does not accept, process or forward grant applications. Every listing links to the provider’s own official application channel. Your application, and any information you submit through it, is governed entirely by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or bulk-copying content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, original text, and the selection and arrangement of listings are owned by MyStartupGrants. Underlying facts about public schemes are not owned by us. You may link to and reference our pages; you may not republish substantial portions of the Service without permission.

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStartupGrants and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information found on the Service, a missed deadline, a rejected application, or the actions of any grant provider.
